Free browser tools

The tools under /tools process your files entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers. The OCR tool downloads its recognition engine and language data to your browser on first use; your images still never leave your device.

Workspace uploads

When you use the signed-in workspace, files you upload are stored in private storage buckets, isolated to your workspace with row-level security. Transcription, OCR, and AI features send your content to the configured processing provider for that feature. Each feature discloses which provider processes your file before you run it.

Your controls

• Delete the original media file after processing while keeping the transcript.
• Permanently delete any item, collection, or export.
• Download all of your account data.
• Delete your account and workspace entirely.

What we log

We keep minimal operational logs (request identifiers, job status, error codes) to run the service reliably. We do not log transcript bodies, document text, API keys, or authentication tokens.
